In 1995, Mr. Stadnicar opened his own law firm in Beavercreek as he continued to prosecute for the City of Beavercreek. Maxwell is a graduate of Cornerstone University, which he attended on a bowling and academic scholarship. He then graduated from the University of Dayton School of Law and its and Leadership Honors Program. While at Dayton, Maxwell competed in the Attorney General Mock Trial Competition, where he won a Best Attorney award. He was also the Outside Articles Editor on the Dayton Law Review and had his article, “A Constitutional Right to Asylum? A Comparative Analysis Could Ground the Design of Better Protection for Asylum Seekers,” published in 2022.

Maxwell is an active member of the Dayton Bar Association and participates in the Young Lawyers Division, Appellate Court Practice Section, and Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law Section.
