Daniel is an associate of the firm and a member of the firm's Real Estate, Finance, and Corporate Practice Groups.
He uses an academic background in business management together with several years of experience in contract litigation to provide a judicious handling of all general business and real estate matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Daniel's practice primarily involved business litigation over matters ranging from intellectual property to real estate. He has also worked with the Tax Appeals Assistance Program (TAAP) through the CA Dept of Tax and Fee Administration, and continues to volunteer his time as a tax counselor when time permits.
Daniel earned his law degree from Chapman University in 2020. He earned his Master of Business degree from Concordia University, Irvine in 2016, and his Bachelor of Science - Biology degree from University of the Pacific in 2013.
