Trent is a lifelong resident of Cullman, Alabama. Being raised on a working cattle farm in the Bethsaida area of Cullman County, Trent was taught the value of hard work and dedication to represent his clients in a prepared and professional way.
Trent has handled a wide array of cases, but routinely represents victims of automobile and trucking accidents, personal injury, wrongful death, cases concerning mental health, and insurance disputes.
Trent has recovered tens of millions of dollars for his clients and their families. In 2020, Trent was made a fellow of the Alabama Law Foundation. Selection is limited to more than 1% of bar members may become Fellows. In 2023, Trent was selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star for the Mid-South. Selection is limited to 2.5% of attorneys.
Trent is married to Jessica Sharpton. They have three children – Parks, Ellie and Sam. Trent also proudly serves on the Cullman City Parks, Recreation and Sports Tourism Board and the Cullman Regional Medical Center Foundation Board. Trent and Jessica are members of St. John’s Church.
