Peter DeNoto joined the firm as an Associate in 1999 and he became a Partner in 2005. He manages the firm's Long Island Office and provides legal services for individuals, corporations, and institutions. His responsibilities include the handling of risk management activities, including pre-litigation investigations, and the handling and management of all aspects of litigation once suit is initiated, which includes acting as lead trial counsel. Pete also provides consulting services for national corporations regarding financial exposure, litigation planning and handling, and litigation resolution. Finally, he often lectures on risk management issues and medical-legal issues.
Peter is a Member of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the Nassau County Bar Association, the Suffolk County Bar Association, and the Defense Research Institute.
