Alfred V. Acquaviva, II, Esq., is a licensed attorney in the State of New Jersey and the District Court of New Jersey, having successfully passed the New Jersey Bar Exam in July 2024. His areas of practice include civil litigation, commercial litigation, bankruptcy, representation of municipal entities and businesses, and sports and entertainment law.
Before becoming an attorney, Mr. Acquaviva gained valuable experience as a litigation paralegal at Acquaviva Law Offices, LLC, where he worked for 10 years. This extensive background provided him with a solid foundation in various areas of law and a deep understanding of client needs.
Alfred earned his Juris Doctor from Roger Williams University School of Law in 2024, where he was recognized with the "Outstanding Commitment to Pro Bono Legal Services" award for his dedication to community service. He received his undergraduate degree from Wagner College in 2018, graduating with a major in History and a minor in Business Administration, and was inducted into the Phi Alpha Theta National History Honor Society.
For the past six years, Alfred has served as the Passaic County Coordinator for the New Jersey High School Mock Trial Competition, a role in which he helps guide and mentor aspiring high school students with an interest in law.
Outside of his legal work, Alfred is an avid golfer and fisherman, and he enjoys spending time with his wife and their four dogs.
