Mariel earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, with a minor in Anthropology, from the University of Central Florida and her Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University. She is a member of the Florida Bar and certified to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. She attributes her accomplishments to the collaborative efforts of those she has worked with and draws inspiration from her clients and peers.
Fluent in English, Spanish, and German, Mariel’s diverse skills and experience distinguish her in the legal field. Prior to founding Tollinchi Law, P.A., she served as Senior Litigation Attorney at Petion Law, where she earned recognition for her relentless problem-solving and commitment to clients. Her legal successes have been acknowledged by the judiciary and featured in South Florida media, including billboards and publications such as Dominicanos Hoy.
