A 2022 graduate of Villanova Law School, Mr. DiPersia started his practice at a Philadelphia area law firm, where his focused practice area was commercial litigation disputes. This included, but was not limited to, litigating contract disputes mainly in the construction and trucking industries.
While at Villanova Law, Mr. DiPersia was a student attorney in the Federal Tax Clinic, where he represented under-privileged individuals in disputes with the IRS. Additionally, Mr. DiPersia was a research assistant for the COVID-19 Legal Research Project, where he provided employees of the University with legal information pertaining to foreclosure and landlord-issues amid the COVID-19 Pandemic.

For the past six years Ms. Alcalde has specialized in the defense of foreign nationals facing deportation on various levels. Ms. Alcalde is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA), the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and the Haydn Proctor Inn of Court. She is the current Chair of the CBP (Customs Border Protection) Liason Committee for AILA, which advises other attorneys on how to handle issues at the Newark Airport port of entry and communicates concerns directly to CBP head officials. She has served as a panelist for the New Jersey State Bar Association and Federal Bar Association lecturing on Immigration Law, where she has instructed other attorneys on how best to represent clients on complex issues of law combining criminal, family and immigration. Her most recent publication is "In Status and Out of Status, An Immigration Primer for the Family Law Practitioner", New Jersey Family Lawyer Volume 31 page 107 (February 2011). Her last seminar, in October 2011, was entitled "New Jersey Municipal Court Practice 102" which is a course designed to teach new lawyers a practical procedural primer in client representation before the Municipal Court.
Michele earned her Juris Doctorate in Law from Rutgers University School of Law - Camden, NJ in 2000. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey, before the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the United States Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit. Upon his honorable discharge from the Army, he joined the law firm of Giordano & Halleran. Upon his promotion to partner, the name of the firm was changed to Giordano, Halleran & McOmber. Thereafter, he left that firm to start a new firm with his wife, Adrienne H. McOmber. McOmber & McOmber opened their first office on Front Street in Red Bank, New Jersey and later moved to 90 Monmouth Street in Red Bank. Since 1980, they have practiced on the waterfront of the Navesink River at 54 Shrewsbury Avenue in Red Bank.
The McOmbers first lived in Fair Haven and thereafter in the Locust section of Middletown. They have two children, both of whom practice with the firm. Mr. McOmber served as a trustee and President for many years of the Riverside Drive Association, a homeowners' group representing some 240 families on the north side of the Navesink River in Middletown.
