Since joining Korein Tillery, Michael has achieved impressive results for both his individual and his business clients. § England v. Marriott Int'l, Inc., 764 F. Supp. 2d 761 (D. Md. 2011) (successfully defeated motion to dismiss in novel ERISA lawsuit challenging the legality of a purportedly exempt pension plan);

§ City of Greenville, Ill. v. Syngenta Crop Prot., Inc., 830 F. Supp. 2d 550 (S.D. Ill. 2011) (successfully obtained personal jurisdiction over Swiss holding company despite previous federal decision to the contrary);
