Yale Pollack, Esq., the founder of the firm, earned his law degree magna cum laude from Touro Law Center in 2006 after earning his undergraduate degree from Colgate University in 2001. While in law school, he worked on the law review. Mr. Pollack gained a love for litigation while working for a renowned Long Island law firm after earning his law degree. Managing civil issues in the fields of labor and employment, real estate, landlord-tenant, finance, banking, contracts, business torts, construction, collections, and personal injury, Mr. Pollack acquired vast experience.
A national law firm with a focus on labor and employment issues hired Mr. Pollack in 2010. Mr. Pollack was in charge of a heavy workload at this firm, defending clients in all stages of agency and lawsuit cases, both on an individual and class-wide basis, on harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wage and hour problems. Mr. Pollack aided clients in day-to-day matters when he wasn't litigating cases by offering guidance on employment-related topics, preparing employee handbooks and employment agreements, leading training sessions, and negotiating severance agreements.
