Wayne earned his J.D. Degree from the University of Arkansas in 2002 and his LL.M in Taxation from the University of Missouri in 2003. Wayne has extensive experience in taxation, estate planning, real estate and general business law drawing on decades of business experience prior to entering the practice of law having first obtained his B.S. in Accounting from Northeastern State University in 1990. He concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, probate, wills and trusts, contract and transactional law, business and commercial law, contracts, real estate, taxation and business litigation and appeals.
