Victoria D. Knitter is originally from Fair Oaks California. She acquired her undergraduate degree in Economics in 1985 from the Sacramento State University. She attended McGeorge School of Law-UOP in Sacramento obtaining her Juris Doctorate in 1988 and admitted to practice later that year.
Previously with the Sacramento firm of McDonald Saeltzer Morris Creegan and Waddock, a civil litigation and insurance defense firm. Mrs. Knitter handled complex litigation including cases filed related to the record Sacramento floods of 1986. She represented public entities, business and individuals in a variety of litigated matters.
Mrs. Knitter has devoted much time and effort to the community regarding local youth and educational issues, volunteering in the local schools and teaching English as a second language to adults through the public library system. She continues to handle litigation as well as trust & probate administration and drafting of wills, trusts, powers of attorneys and related documents.
